1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Abantu's Gallery services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Abantu's Gallery provides science communication consultancy services including co-designed multimedia outputs and training services for research dissemination.

3. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your research projects
• Ensure proper consent is obtained from research participants
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Make timely payments for services rendered

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all research data and proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination.
